On this occasion, the Forest Therapy Associationtraditionally organizes guided forest bathing events throughout Slovenia, where we will explore together how the forest can support our health, well-being, and inner peace.<br\/>You are warmly invited to take some time for yourself, slow down, and listen to nature. The forest always welcomes us \u2013 all we need to do is step into it. \ud83c\udf3f\ud83c\udf32  <\/p>\n\n<p>The theme for 2026 is \u201cForests and the Economy.\u201d Forests are important not only for nature, but also for people and economic development. \ud83c\udf32 <\/p>\n\n<p>Forests provide wood, food, medicines, and many other natural resources. Many people around the world are employed in forestry, the wood industry, and tourism connected to forests.<br\/>With responsible and sustainable management, forests can help create jobs, improve people\u2019s lives, and at the same time protect nature. \ud83c\udf32  <\/p>\n\n<p>That is why it is important to protect, restore, and use forests sustainably.
